He is so right!
Unfortunately, his belief is that they have failed to move forward with his maniacal plan to tax us into penury for a gas that is required for life on this planet to flourish.

Think how nice it will be to have government agents able to perform a search of your home for compliance with energy regulations (and, oh by the way, reporting any violations outside their purview to other law enforcement agencies).
