White man robs banks as a Black man

Conrad Zdzierak had a clever idea.
The Caucasian Ohio man decided to rob banks, but first he purchased a couple of lifelike masks that made him appear to be a black man.
The masks were so convincing that a black man was arrested after being identified by witnesses (he reportedly does resemble the mask quite well).
In the end, Zdzierak's girlfriend was his undoing.
After finding money marked by dye packs and the masks, she called the police.

Luke, give me all the money!

Darth Vader robbed a New York bank.
Apparently everyone thought it was a joke until he pulled out a rather conventional weapon (a semi-auto pistol) and demanded money.
I guess we still have a way to go before we catch up to European bank security where many banks won't even let you in the door with a mask on.
