Disturbing the dead

A woman was injured after a tombstone fell on her leg while she was on the ground in a Jewish cemetery.
There are suspicions that she and her male companion were engaged in a sex act when the injury occurred.
I guess it was the only way for the dearly departed to say "Get a room!".

Palestinian Arab convicted of Rape after consensual sex

Forget the old story of the man "hooking up" with a woman after insisting he was single. only to reveal later that he is married.
An Arab Palestinian has been convicted in Israel of rape for telling his "victim" he was a Jew.
Yep! That's right!
It's no longer consensual if you lie about your religion.

See how far we have come?
I suppose it could be worse.
If it happened in Saudi Arabia, the woman would have been stoned or lashed and the man might suffer a similar but lesser fate.

Who's running the asylum?

First we have a Liquor Commissioner fired for a DUI arrest.
He refused to take the Breathalyzer test and was actually termed out, but retained by the "Governor's will".

Then we have a Sex Crimes Unit head arrested for a sex crime.
BTW liquor was part of the crime as he had been drinking prior to the assault where he followed the victim into the restroom.

Who hired these people for these positions and who was their manager (I guess we can blame the Governor in the first case)?
