Runaway saw blade

A worker doing street repairs is caught on a security camera witnessing his error in not attaching a large metal blade to a concrete cutter.
I can sympathize with this guy having forgotten to set the brakes on an old truck and watching it roll down the driveway to destroy my mom's shade screen and planter box.
He messed up and can't do anything but admit it and apologize;
