No "Plame" game here.

When Valerie Plame was supposedly outed by the Bush administration, her hubby Joe Wilson made a big stink and the media jumped all over it.
It did not matter to Joe or the 'journalists' that the incident could never be laid at Bush's feet and that it was more likely that another journalist was the culprit.
Now that information has leaked under the Obama administration and people have actually died, no blame seems to be landing on "The One".
It is amazing how much of a non-story this is for the Lamestream media.

Isn't actually dying worse than supposedly being outed and safe at home?

Mission not accomplished

After Bush made his mistaken "Mission Accomplished" landing on an aircraft carrier, the leftist media hounded him whenever soldiers were involved in combat and more so when they were killed.
Obama made a point of not saying mission accomplished when he announced the end of combat operations in Iraq.
Does that give him a pass when US soldiers are involved in combat or killed in Iraq?
No.
But the press will apply very little energy or pressure in reporting the first or any subsequent battles involving our troops because they are still in the tank for "The One".
That's why you will have to search for this story.

The 'vacation' presidency

When George Bush took a "vacation" it was usually at his ranch and he always worked during his vacations (both as a rancher and as president).
President Obama is ready to take his 6th vacation so far this year.
While president Bush decided to cut golfing during the Iraq war because it was not right to appear at leisure while the troops were in grave danger (and he got nothing but crap for it from the Huffington Post).
Obama's golf games have screamed right past Bush's and he hasn't even finished his first term.
To their credit, Huff-Po also slammed Obama.
The MSM is not particularly upset at Obama for the time off he has taken even though they bashed Bush every time he was vacationing during a crisis.
While Obama's vacations are more numerous, the actual number of days 'off' aren't much more than his predecessors, but the impression the public has is that he is ignoring the crises of his term and not working hard for the people.

Blame it on BP

"Tens of thousands of fish" washed up dead on New Jersey beaches in Delaware Bay.
Officials are investigating, but have not yet determined a reason for the deaths.
They note that the fish are all the same species (small menhaden) and have preliminarily eliminated toxins in the water as a cause.

I think it must be BP's fault (only because it would be too hard to blame Bush).

Another carnival game with Obama as a target

A carnival game with effigies holding plates that patrons throw balls at has removed an Obama effigy and replaced it with Bush and Hillary effigies.
The operators have claimed that they are just proving that they aren't anti-democrat or anti anything.

My suspicion is that the patrons were "missing" the plate too much and tearing off Obama's head.

I am beginning to think there are a lot of these games out there and the press either doesn't know or doesn't want us to know.

CNN warns Obama to stop the blame game

It may be a sign of the apocalypse, but I think not.
The Clinton News Network (CNN) is warning Obama to stop blaming Bush.
In true form, they blunt the message by quoting their own polls that claim 41% still blame Bush and only 28% blame the Democrats.
I'm guessing that their poll would be unrecognizable by reputable pollsters like Rasmussen.

Never give anything away or it becomes a "right"

South Africans are "demanding" an increase in AIDS funding from the Obama administration after they were told there would be none.
George Bush increased aid to Africa for AIDS related help during his administration and was and still is praised by many on the continent.
Obama has ignored, but not stopped, the efforts to continue helping the people of Africa (I guess you need to be White to sympathize with Africans).

The irony here is that you could (and some will) say that Bush set Obama up by being so generous just like Clinton set Bush up by handing out billions in grants for more cops that would go away after he left office, allowing the press to claim Bush was taking cops off the street.
Now Obama must continue sending money to Africa or be the (second) Black President that abandoned his ancestral homeland and it's people.

Bush wins poll over Obama

People in Louisiana think Bush did better after Katrina than Obama has done with the aftermath of the oil spill.
Wow!
Are they getting smarter, or is Obama just failing so badly to hoodwink the folks?

Government allowed drilling without permits

The federal Mineral Management Service (how many departments and services do we have and not know about?) is supposed to keep companies from extracting resources without proper scientific review and approval to insure the protection of species that may be affected by the operations or accidents. They instead allowed multiple companies to drill without, or in spite of scientific analysis of possible threats.
Why have regulations if they are not enforced?

And who do the bureaucrats blame?
The "previous administration".
They claim the Bush administration "suppressed" science.

I thought bureaucrats were supposed to be independent followers of the rules, not lickspittle minions bowing and scraping to whoever sits in the White House.
If they don't have the backbone to do their job, fire them.
Better yet, eliminate the whole department and save us the money that pays their salaries.

BTW, Obama just promised to spank MMS for being too cozy with the oil companies.

Obama Golfs as Polish Leader is Buried

I know. The President can't fly to Poland as planned due to "Mother Earth" getting revenge on us for polluting, by polluting.
He really got his priorities back in line quickly and took another 'swing' at eclipsing GW Bush's golfing while Prez record.
In one year, Obama has golfed 32 times while Bush visited the links 24 times in his entire 8 years.

Maybe the press corps should remind Obama of what Bush said about golfing during "war": "I don't want some mom whose son may have recently died to see the commander in chief playing golf," Mr. Bush said in a White House interview Saturday with the Politico. "I feel I owe it to the families to be as — to be in solidarity as best as I can with them. And I think playing golf during a war just sends the wrong signal."

This is almost certain to be one of those stories you won't see on the dinosaur media.
