Holy Hypocrisy Batman!

We have a Liberal Marxist in the White House and a Liberal Socialist Congress that have fought just about every attempt to aid law enforcement in tracking criminals and terrorists by shouting from the highest rooftops that our civil liberties are at risk and that all searches MUST be approved by a judge before occurring.
So why is Obama's Justice Department trying to get warrantless search rights for e-mail?
