Not if it's Joe's money!
Joe Biden and his wife only donated 1.4% of their income to charity last year.
The Obamas, on the other hand, gave 31.4%.
It needs to be noted that the Obamas gave The President's Nobel money away (as promised).
Also, as mentioned in this story, he allowed school vouchers in D.C. to be cancelled the same year he gave $50,000 to the United Negro College Fund (why do they still use the word "Negro"?).
