Finally! Someone with cyberstones! We have been under a near constant assault by civilian and government backed cyber warriors in other countries for years and our government has either been silently fighting, or not doing any more than holding the door shut by leaning on it. I know this administration is full of false promises, but I hope this one is for real.
According to Lt. General Kieth Alexander: "While this right has not been specifically established by legal precedent to apply to attacks in cyberspace, it is reasonable to assume that returning fire in cyberspace, as long as it complied with law of war principles ... would be lawful."
Go get 'em General!
