Several Bi-sexual men are taking legal action against a Gay sports association for not allowing them to join because they aren't "Gay enough".
The weird thing is that the association does allow straight men to play, but limits their numbers.
The action concentrates on the men being labeled as "not gay".
If the association wins, the Boy Scouts may be able to use the case as precedent because their case uses an argument similar to the one used by the Boy Scouts to justify exclusion of gays.
