Cracking water with a virus

From the Global Warmist supporting Scientific American via American Thinker:
An engineered virus can break water into Oxygen and Hydrogen for use in fuel cells.
There is, of course, a lot of work before this is viable for production uses but it is a great idea if it works (just make sure the virus can't survive in salt water).
