Taking a page from massive intellects like Code Pink (who tried to make a 'citizen's arrest of Karl Rove at a book signing) Atheists plan to use an ill conceived law to arrest a head of state when the Pope visits the UK.
I wonder if they realize that the Pope still has power and popularity with the folks that make arrests for a living.
